Discover our new pearl effect, for a Hailey Bieber effect!

Instructions for use:

• Apply the Timeless top coat over your gel or color and cure for 30 seconds.
• Rub the powder onto your nails using a clean finger or the applicator provided with the pearl effect.
• Re-apply the Timeless top coat on top and cure for 60 to 120 seconds to protect your pearl effect.
