What are "FLOW BASE"?
The name of this new base collection was chosen because of the consistency of this beautiful product! Compared to the classic Tint Base collection, this one is more fluid and smooths even faster than other HEY products 🖤. These more fluid bases are ideal for beginners, as they allow you to achieve a perfect highlight in no time.

7 semi-opaque base shades, perfect for everyday wear, to be used alone, under a French manicure or under a baby boomer manicure.

Ingredients: 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate, diphenylphosphine oxide, acrylic copolymer, silica dimethylsilylate, mica, pigments.
